Experience Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms for each experience will be shared before booking, once pricing and inclusions are finalized.
Terms pending
Real Spill WBB, operated by The LEMMBO Collective, LLC, will publish terms for each experience once pricing, inclusions, and numbers are finalized. “Coming Soon” pages do not create a booking, reservation, or payment obligation. The 30-day merchandise return policy does not apply to experiences.
Experience-specific terms
Cancellation eligibility, deadlines, fees, credits, transfers, rescheduling options, and treatment of missed activities will be stated for each experience before booking. No percentage, deadline, or nonrefundable term applies unless it is clearly presented and accepted at purchase.
Changes or cancellation by the organizer
The applicable booking page will explain what happens if an experience is changed, postponed, or canceled. No outcome or reimbursement is promised before those terms are finalized.
Third-party arrangements
Personal travel, lodging, tickets, and other third-party arrangements are not included or guaranteed unless the specific experience page expressly says so. Customers should review third-party cancellation terms separately.
