Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use RealSpillWBB.com and buy Real Spill WBB merchandise.
Who we are
RealSpillWBB.com and Real Spill WBB are operated by The LEMMBO Collective, LLC. Real Spill WBB is the customer-facing brand.
Ordering merchandise
Merchandise is available to order now. The price, sales tax, and shipping shown at checkout are what you'll be charged. Please check your size, color, and shipping address before you pay. We can only ship to the address you confirm before checkout.
Payment and fulfillment
Your payment confirmation means we received your payment. It is not a shipping confirmation. Your order then goes into production or is prepared for shipping. Orders with items from different sources may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated in the cart after you enter your address. Our Shipping Policy explains the details, including free standard shipping on eligible apparel orders of $99 or more in the contiguous U.S. The varsity jacket is $229 plus $12.99 shipping per jacket. It ships separately, with an estimated delivery of 2–3 weeks. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy: 30-day unworn returns on regular-price merchandise, and sale items are final sale.
Experiences
Terms for experiences, including pricing, inclusions, and cancellation terms, are still being finalized. They will be shared before booking. The merchandise return policy does not apply to experiences. A listing marked “Coming Soon” is for information only. It is not an offer or a guarantee of tickets, lodging, transportation, or other inclusions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use Real Spill WBB materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Independent organization
Real Spill WBB is an independent fan organization and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the WNBA, NBA, or their member teams.
