Return & Refund Policy
30-day unworn returns on regular-price merchandise. Sale items are final sale.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with any tags that came with them. This applies to all regular-price Real Spill WBB merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and the varsity jacket.
Sale items are final sale
Items clearly marked as sale or final sale on the product page before purchase are final sale and can't be returned for a change of mind or size. A discount code alone does not make an item final sale, and this rule does not apply to items bought before they were marked as sale.
How to start a return
Start your request online at realspillwbb.com/returns. You'll verify the email used at checkout, choose the items, and tell us why. Every request is reviewed by our team. Once approved, you can print a packing slip with your return number and the return address. The packing slip goes inside the package; it is not a shipping label and does not include postage. Please wait for approval before mailing anything. You can also email info@realspillwbb.com for help, and if you already mailed an item without approval, email us and we'll help sort it out.
Return shipping
For ordinary returns, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error or a defect, or a refund of shipping is required by law. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount you actually paid for the approved items, plus the related sales tax, to your original payment method. How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We can't guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or color, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, including sale items, contact us promptly at info@realspillwbb.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll handle these separately from ordinary returns. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
Experiences
This merchandise policy does not apply to experiences. Each experience will have its own terms, shared before booking.
